I've lived here for 5 years. Beautiful place to live but the staff will not return a phone call - ever - for any reason. I've had to call numerous times over the course of a few weeks about renewing my lease and other times about rent related issues. The 3rd or 4th time they ask me to leave a message with a promise to return the call I have to show my tail and insist that they put me on the phone with someone. It's hard to show up in person. I go to work before they arrive and I get home after they leave. It's extremely frustrating.

I have been living on this property since 2001and have been in my apartment for 14 years so I have seen a lot of changes good and bad. Since our new manager has taken over Samantha the property is finally taken a turn for the better. Samantha has helped me with some things that needed attention due to the apartment is old and one of the originals. So I just wanted to thank Samantha for her kindness and helping to make the property look like it did when I moved in here. Thank you to the maintenance and office staff.
